The tug just makes Ed lean in a bit more and then it clicks that he's being asked something, and he just tilts his chin up to give Oswald space to undo the tie for him. He's leaning on one hand and the other is cupping Oswald's face and he doesn't really want to let go to bother with getting tie and collar sorted, not when he can keep kissing Oswald's mouth.
