Riddler's hand is taken while he listens to Oswald ramble and try to sort himself out out loud in his ever endearing way. He doesn't even try to quiet him with kisses, letting him get it all out until he says he's sure, so sure, uses that silly nickname and then Riddler kisses him, firm and brief.
